Our Anger Management Program is a 12-week course designed to provide participants with the time, structure, and support needed to develop lasting behavioral change and healthy emotional regulation skills.
12 consecutive weekly sessions
One session per week
Each session lasts 2 hours
Available for voluntary, court-ordered, probation, employer, and agency referrals
Completion documentation is provided to participants who successfully meet attendance, participation, and program requirements.
The 12-week format allows participants to move beyond simply learning concepts by practicing new skills, reflecting on personal growth, and applying techniques in everyday life between sessions. Each week builds upon the previous one, helping participants strengthen emotional awareness, improve communication, develop accountability, and create healthier responses to conflict.
Participants who do not successfully complete the program may be eligible to retake the course in accordance with program guidelines. Retakes are viewed as an opportunity for continued learning, personal growth, and long-term success rather than as a failure.
